Jainex Group commenced operations in the early 1980s, beginning as a financing venture focused on heavy equipment vehicles in Guwahati. Over time, the company expanded from financing into logistics, transportation, and equipment hire, responding to the growing industrial and commercial demands of Northeast India.

By the late 1980s, Jainex diversified into distribution and C&F operations, steadily strengthening its operational foundation. The Group later expanded into automotive logistics, LPG and ODC transportation, and heavy-lift crane services, building a broader and more integrated service portfolio.

Through strategic diversification and consistent reinvestment in infrastructure and fleet capabilities, Jainex evolved into a multi-vertical enterprise with a strong regional presence and expanding national footprint, guided by reliability, discipline, and long-term growth vision.

In 2003, Jainex marked a significant milestone by expanding into automotive logistics, strengthening its national operational footprint. The Group began transporting two-wheelers and four-wheelers across India, serving leading OEMs such as Hero Honda, Tata Motors, General Motors, Mahindra Logistics (MLL), and Maruti Suzuki (MSIL).

This expansion required specialised vehicle carriers, route planning expertise, strict delivery timelines, and coordinated supply chain management. Jainex invested in modern fleet capabilities and operational systems to ensure safe, damage-free, and time-bound deliveries across diverse terrains and markets.

The move into automotive logistics not only diversified the Groups portfolio but also enhanced its reputation as a dependable logistics partner capable of handling high-volume, precision-driven assignments at a national scale.
